Amlou, also known as the Moroccan almond butter, is a traditional spread primarily composed of three main ingredients: almonds, honey, and argan oil.
Originating from the Berber communities of Morocco, this culinary treat holds a special place in Moroccan households.
The key to authentic Amlou is in the grinding. Traditionally, Moroccans use a stone mill to get the right texture. This careful preparation ensures that every spoon of Amlou is a taste of pure delight.
